What happens in the visit, and how long is it?
A 90-minute visit to your home. I rearrange your pen and pads into a setup that actually works, and coach your puppy to the right spot. You keep a simple plan to follow afterwards, plus check-ins on day 3 and day 7.
How much does it cost?
HKD 750.
What if it still doesn't work?
Follow the plan and keep the log, and if it's still not clicking after two weeks, you get a full refund.
Can I try it myself first?
Yes. The complete puppy potty training guide is free to read and covers the whole method. The visit is for when the guide isn't enough — your flat won't fit the ideal layout, your timing is a beat off and you can't tell where, your puppy has a specific habit that needs live diagnosis, or you've been at it two weeks and you're out of patience.
How often does a puppy actually need to go?
Take their age in months and add one — that's roughly how many hours they can hold their pee. The strong triggers are waking up, eating, and about an hour after eating.
